Ferrograd C is a combination of Iron and Vitamin C which work together to increase the absorption of the iron into the body, to help prevent and treat tiredness and fatigue caused by an iron deficiency.

A simple one-a-day dose with slow release to last the full day.

Also contains 500 mg of vitamin C, which increases the level of iron absorption by up to 50%.

Adult Dose: Take one tablet daily with food and a large glass of water. Tablet should be swallowed whole. Do not take with antacids, iron or calcium.

• Iron supplements should not be taken for more than 12 months without consulting your healthcare professional.
